Implementation Services and Approach

From a high level perspective, our implementation approach focuses your agency needs and includes the following components:

·       Review your existing budget process, documents and reports and discuss what enhancements are desired;

·       Implement the software in your environment;

·       Provide a preliminary system configuration;

·       Load sample data and test interfaces;

·       Replicate your existing budget processes in new system;

·       Provide preliminary training and have agency personnel work with the system to make suggestions for enhancements;

·       Develop desired format of budget documents;

·       Identify any business processes that need to be evaluated within the context of a new system;

·       Enhance the package as necessary to meet needs. These enhancements usually become part of the package;

·       Test system using previous year data using revised configurations;

·       Train technical, budget office and program users;

·       Perform system implementation; and

·       Provide system support and maintenance.

Support Services

We provide a variety of services to support ongoing operations of existing software. This includes:
